Flak bug?

Flak bug?

Every now and then my planes based at Colombo (Cap, ASW-duty...) are being shot at by my own AA-guns (message: ...shot down by flak, ...damaged by flak).
This only happens at Colombo. nowhere else.
Is it a known bug or a designer's joke (trigger happy Brits...[:D])??
I'm doing the Ironman scen No. 10 as Allies, game version 1.8.11.26b.

Submarines do have AA weapons and will fire at planes, occasionally shooting them down...
