Asking somewhat sheepishly....
Could some kind soul please post up the original fonts.ini file.
I've butchered mine, and yes
did not make up back up first...

Attached, but like the Opart 4.ini, it should be created when you start the program. So, rename it Opart 4 Fonts.bak and see if a new/fresh one will be created.

Anyway, my vanilla version attached.
