Detailed Combat Report / Air Staff Assistant

In addition to the Air Staff Assistant turning itself back on every turn (which I already reported), it seems that the detailed combat report option reverts back to off despite my turning it on every turn as well.

I think this might be a bigger issue with all the Player Options?

Very frustrating.
