[FIXED B998.2] SLBM Overkill

Using v1.14 BETA - BUILD 998.1.

I want to launch one round of SLBMs at land targets but after the MIRVs get independent in midair my submarine seems to launch a second round of SLBMs.

Can you have a look please[&o]

Quick question, are the WRAs set for what you want.
