PBEM problem

I cannot open the PBEM file sent by my opponent

It says a file ending with .hdr cannot be found, then the game freezes there. At the same time, the system generate two new file ending with .hdr and .save.

I can get into the PBEM game by loading the.sav file, but it doesn't have the replay for what happens during my opponent's turn.
