Uber German corps not suffering desertions

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Uber German corps not suffering desertions

Post by Christolos »

I have been dealing with a German corps that has been cut off and in zero supply for more than 6 turns in a row and can't seem to get it to go below strength 5. It has also not suffered any desertion losses. What gives here?

Is it because it has some experience?

I have attacked it repeatedly with a well supplied Russian Corps with reasonable readiness and moral levels, but can't seem to get it to suffer any casualties.[&:]

Have you examined the rules for desertions? As I remember there needs to be two frontline(full zone of control) units adjacent to the cutoff enemy unit.

Thanks SeaMonkey!

Silly me, I hadn't thought of that.
That explains it then.

Cheers,
