Was watching aar on YouTube. Guy had railroad available to him. I have none show on map or unit counters.

The CW has rails running from the east edge of the map, to Alexandria, then the rail runs along the coast road to Mersa Matruh. The CW start with some rail capacity, but I don't believe the axis get any rail capacity so they can't use rail movement. There's destroyed rail running from Mersa Matruh to Sollum, and from Sollum to Tobruk where the rails end.
