Squads, Artillery pieces, and AFV's are worth one point each. All aircraft are worth one point each. (though it seems strange to value a fighter as much as a heavy bomber!) Ships, however, have a more complex formula, depending on whether the ship is a merchant, a surface warship, or a carrier.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

The table gives the number of points of units lost by each country. (Japan and the US are divided into sub-groups because their losses usually dwarf everybody else's) The number of points lost is calculated by the Kill Point formulas: one point for each squad, gun, AFV, or airplane, plus the durability points of each ship sunk, times a multiplier depending on what kind of ship it is. (1 for merchants, 2 for surface warships, 3 for carriers.)
