Installation help please

I tried recently to update the game from an earlier version and the file wouldn't work because my version was a version too early for the auto update. I was unable to find a version I could update to so the updater would work. So I uninstalled everything with the idea of reinstalling. Unfortunately I can't locate an installation file anywhere. I have my original installs codes but how do I access a copy of the game for download. The only thing available are update files.

Doesn't he need to be at 1.13 with the install file first? I thought the 1.14 file was an update.
