[FIXED DB v474] DF-41 mirv problem

I tried attacking six targets with the DF-41 TEL version. Unlike with other MIRVed missiles, all six of the DF-41's MIRVs stayed on the same target the missile was allocated to, rather than splitting up and auto targeting to the nearest facilities.

Is this intentional or is it a bug? I have tested and this occurs with the DF-41 train version as well.

I can't attach any example but the problem is easy to recreate.
