need help as AXIS in pointblank

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

night fighters don't use AS missions. Deploy them to the bases you want to protect and they will automatically try to intercept any Allied planes in range. You may want to experiment with spreading them out or concentrating in particular regions. Also I tend to strip off the fuel tanks so they basically stay where I want them to be.

day fighters. You can use the auto-routine as above or set AS missions (my preference). If you do this, think carefully about altitude as that is important. Also only set the mission to fly in the 'enemy turn', reduces fatigue and operational losses
