Can you re-create Market-Garden as a stand alone battle?

On the fence about buying. I own the TOAW series (except for IV as I am waiting to see how that all shakes out). and have played out many of these battles time and again. I have watched this title and keep asking what it will bring to me that the TOAW series has not.

With the Easter sale I am considering this purchase. I own WITP and WITP-AE as well.

The Westwall scenario begins with the ability to replay Market Garden in the wider context of the Western Front as much as is possible with 10 mile hexes and week long turns.

The strength in this game is not in replaying Market Garden at the tactical level but rather how could the units employed have been better utilised at the operational level. To put it another way this game won't allow you to understand whether Market Garden could have been won but it will allow you to explore whether there was a better approach.
