This just happpened while I was playing "Sowchos 79": the Panzer III (it is the AFV marked with "Final Fire" in the center bottom of the screen) fired, retained ROF for its MA and gained acquisition... this should not occur [&:].

I have no saved game to attach; even if I had it, it is not guaranteed that the Pz III would again retain ROF when firing.

Ok thanks, I will investigate

UPDATE:

Ok I have checked my code, even though we don't have a saved game; I don't believe this is a bug. If say during the AI turn your Pz III defensive fired at an AI target so it gets acquired target. Then during your part of the turn, your Pz III starts its engine in its movement segment, however this tank does not move to a new hex. Then once the movement segment is over, the AFV gets "In Motion" status but it retains the acquired target status.
