Who made the MOD ETO

The Mod ETO has a flaw as soon as the year 1940 hits almost all production is prevented by eliminating the items from the production tables. I think what is happening is when 1940 hits only allied and axis units can be built not german commonwealth or British etc.

Is the maker still on here?

I tried to make a mod for ETO but gave up when I could not get the weather to act correctly (Like what I wanted it to do.). I never uploaded my mod to anyplace so it's not mine.

Ops. forgot I also think it was GrumpyMel who did the original.
