Missing ship in combat animation

Just had a naval battle and one of the Allied ships had no graphic in the animation. It took hits and the battle played out as normal yet there was no visual of the ship on the screen. First time I've seen this happen.

It was a AGC... "Rocky Mount".

Any one know the reason?

This happens occasionally on my system, mostly after I have been playing for several turns without exiting the game. I think it is just a minor glitch and if you save and exit the game, then start it up again and select the "Pre Turn Save" before that action and run the turn, the animation should be normal.

That's what I was hoping for. I checked with the editor and it has a .bmp assigned to it and the .bmp is in the folder.

It happens to me if I've been in other windows or otherwise interrupting the combat animations.

It also happens if you are playing a mod that doesn't have artwork for that ship.
