Looking for a game. Historical in intent. As such no Japanese invasion of US till after 3/42. US must keep 50% of its carriers in the hawaii west coast area till either 4 Japanese carriers have been sunk or 6/42 whichever comes first, polit cal pressure from Washington to protect west coast from an invasion.
Pay pp to cross borders except for royal thai army. No 4e navel bombing under 10k unless equipped for torpedoes and armed with them. Lastly no amphibious invasions north of the hodaiko prince Rupert line except between may to October. No stategic bombing into or out of China until 1944.
