Combat declaration - double click on defender

Post by jboldt007 »

By accident I found out that if u are declaring combat u can double click on the defending hex and the game will automatically select all eligible attackers - good for a large encirclement when u are going all in! Besides helping with the ol’ Karpo tunnel it saves making a mistake in accidentally not selecting a unit- something I’ve done... don’t know if the hand book states this ...?

I think you can also right click the target hex and choose that. The right click menus in MWiF are both extensive and helpful.

When in doubt right click - an axiom to live by in the game!

The drop down Help menu has a menu item for showing all mouse and keyboard commands.

I find that the more I explore the drop down menus and help forms the more I realize things are very well covered. New players should try to use these as much as one can - the YouTube videos go through allot of the forms too...
