I set it up (1939 Storm over Europe with me as the Allies) and just sent you a PM with the password. Sorry but I forgot to mention that I like playing with soft build limits as this, in my opinion, allows for the greatest "what if possibilities", which the game is is great at. I will understand if you change your mind and would prefer hard build limits.
