VP's from victory hexes

I have a questions. In games where you get VP's from a hex per turn, do you only get them at the end of your turn, or also at the end of enemy turn?

a player one and a player two. Each person move each turn. After each person moves the computer will determine who has control of the VH and then allocate points.

So if you are player one and take the per turn victory hexs, then player two takes them back on there turn, player two will get the points becuase the turn ends after player twos turn.
