2.8.7.4 Ship Sunk Instead of Being Bottomed

v2.8.7.4

Playing with the bottomed ships optional rule. The CA Furutaka, with a defense of 7, is sunk on a roll of 5. It takes a 3 or less to sink him so he should be bottomed instead.
