Spotting bug

Playing as Allies I have a UK maritime bomber in southeastern UK in good supply. I fly it out over western French ports. I see a German naval unit in one of the ports, but none of the hexes over which the bomber flew are illuminated, i.e., it looks like the fog of war is not lifted. Next turn, I fly out over the Bay of Biscay rooting around for German subs. Again, the route the bomber flew is not illuminated. I have not noticed this happening over land hexes.
