While updating On to Philadelphia, which has a lot of custom counter colors, I was getting frustrated using a calculator to convert the color from Hex to decimal, so I created a spreadsheet. To color the cells to match the Hex color value I found a VBE script written by Jeeped on Stack Overflow. You enter the Hex color into a cell, which then displays the color & converts it to decimal in a cell to the right, whch you can then copy & paste into the .col file. Because it has a VBE script, Excel will prompt you to Enable Content when you open the file.
