I haven't played this game since 1.01/1.02. Is there anyplace where I can read all the patch notes since then?

Hi Michael,

Errata

The link contains all the changes made since the manual went to print. Bug fixes aren't mentioned but with these I'd simply assume that everything is now working as it should.
