Witp tracker

hi, noobie question,
i have just discovered the joy of Witp ae, but the tracker is mystifying me, i have downloaded all the relevant parts and run the batch file, but apart from it initializing, it does nothing, just the "press any key" remark. where should the database be? sorry if i'm being thick.

Many here swear by tracker. Its really not necessary, but most like its convenience. Myself I've never used it and have no problems. So if you're just learning the game you may find it better to forgo this package as the game has a steep enough learning curve as it is. JMHO. YMMV.
