US 1942 AA Pool

Does anyone know what one is supposed to do with this unit? It appears on the East Coast, commanded by the West Coast and contains hundreds of AA weaponry of all sorts. Does one just move it to SF?

Just let it sit, it will disband in 3 days and all of the devices will go to the pools.
