I am looking for a Jap player. Ideally playing this game as his second one, since I am involved in another PBEM as well.

I expect to deliver 1-turn per-day on average, eventually spiking at 2.

Scenario 1 with SL, common HRs and China activated. Additional HRs can be negiotated.

I come from Italy so time zone is CEST / UTC+2: * +9h to SF time / * +6h to NY time / * +1h to London.
