New round/day - no PP for decisions generated

Manual page 79
'The German Player receives a variable Command Allowance, each turn, equal to 2 PP per Decision. If there are three Decisions generated, for example, he will receive 6 PP...'.

Do I get it wrong now?
I have 7 decisions, should not at least 14 PP be generated for that now? [&:]

Hi Templer,

There's a report that gives a breakdown of the PP given per turn.

Take a look as it's possible you've got the PP's for the decisions but that you lost PP's due to some other reason.
