TOAW IV Scenario Repositories ?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

Uhm...top of the page...Mods and Scenarios is a good start.

http://www.the-strategist.net/RD/news.php but it may not be around much past the end of the year from what I understand.
