Japanese got lucky and command the Arabian Sea; wanting to port attack the unfortunate British fleet.

When the Brits got a good surprise roll, they chose to avoid the port attack. When avoided, the game hangs waiting for the air-to-air battle defensive AA... A workaround for "no battle" is easy enough, but let's get it on the books if it's not already.
