v1.15 still sometimes shows the wrong victor after a PBEM game

I just finished a PBEM game where I had a decisive victory over the Axis, and the game shows up (in the PBEM lobby record) as the Axis being the victor. This is no big deal, but I thought this was fixed by now [&:]
