(SOLVED) 1600x900 - how to remove black bars?

Hi, I am running WITP:AE in 1600 x 900 resolution on a 15.6 inch screen. Screen's native resolution is 1920 x 1080. As you can see, I have two blank, black spaces in the lower and upper menu bars. How can I get rid of them?

Tell me if you can actually see the screenshot. I accessed theis thread from a computer at work, and instead of the screenshot, all I could see was a small thumbnail depicting a broken link. The jpg was posted via Postimage.

Chemkid sent me some stretched menu icon .bmps and they work! To war!

Guess my workplace is firewalled to the g(r)ills.
