Looking for a Jap

I am looking for a japanese opponent. I played one PBEM game many years ago which broke up due to both of us going to summer vacations, but now its time to try once more. I aim for one turn/day but that can vary alot due to kids and family. I have many games vs AI in WitpAE, Witp and UV under my belt, but playing a human is a different thing.

I aim for following rules but that can be discussed:
Settings:
Advanced weather OFF
PDU "on"
Reliable torps "off"
Damage Control "on"
Randomized replacements (+/- 15 days)

HRs:
Pay "premium" PPs to change units to unrestricted commands. No 'discount' PP charges by merely changing the unit HQs and getting all attendant units for free, or changing troops to an unrestricted Air HQ in a restricted command, or changing air unit to unrestricted army/corps HQ in a restricted command.

For aircraft, max alt of 20k feet until 1944, then in 1944 the max alt is 25k, in 45 it's 30k.

Only manpower attacks on a city at night, and no other night bombing until '44.

No strategic bombing (resources, oil, manpower, etc.) in China until 1944.

No unit withdrawals (neither AI nor ships, nor british withdrawals)

Scenario could be Scen 2. Dec7 Surprise on or off, as desired.

I am in Germany, usually processing turns in the late evening (9pm-11pm or so).
