Graphics Error

I select a Save Game from the "Load Save Game" page (either solo or PBeM).

I click the "Select Save Game" button.

On the Loading Page, I sometimes still see the name of the Save Game I'm loading, or the "Select Save Game" button.

Not all the time every time, but frequently.
