Error with Polish OOB

I was setting up a battle using Poland, 1983, here's the text from the error logs. I got the error twice for each unit, funny thing is it worked once, then not.

Another error:

wp_0zpu2.png is wrongly named wp_0zpu.png.

The helicopter errors were fixed in the patch that was just released, but this new one has to wait for the next patch.
