Su-27 Tactics

I've been looking at all the different air-to-air loadouts for Su-27s and their variants, and wondered if you all had experimented with ways to smartly use them in combination with one another? For example, one group of aircraft might use AA-10 loadouts, and another using AA-12 loadouts.
