What is the best "base map" for map modding of AB?

As far as I understand, this game's map modding requires to perform 'coloring' of different terrains, using pallet from AB.
What might be the best map for 'coloring' using pallet?

Bing? Google? OCM/OSM? Or anything else?

Another question is, do you use multiple map on 'coloring' work? or just use a single map? How is your work style?
