LCU Slots below STRONGER JAPAN SCENARIO?

Slots 4933- 4998 are they available to general use or are they reserved to some specific scenario hardcoded conditions?

I have used them for years. They appear to function fine.

Further, slots designated as 'reserved' no longer are at risk of being used.
Matrix is not writing revised scenarios for AE. However, some slots are
truly dedicated. Joe Wilkerson's axiom applies: "test, test, test."
