screen issue

I can't see the very top tip of the screen where it shows national moral. I have it on the correct resolution. Any suggestions?

Just to confirm, are the National Morale bars enabled for display in game? Under the Advanced Options screen.

I feel dumb but yes that was the problem. The strange part is I never turned it off. I forgot it was even an option.
