Adding Scenarios

Hello there and how are you all doing? So this is my first John Tiller game and while I am new I love it. But there are some of the scenarios that I downloaded and I want to know how to add them to the game. For example, I downloaded the scenario "Campaign Against the Netherlands" and while I did take the files out of the zip folder and put it in the mod folder and also tried to use the Mod Enabler, I still was unable to find these scenarios in the game list. So I am not sure if it's because the scenarios are scl files instead of scn files? Any help would be great and thank you ahead of time for reading.

I am sure this is not single scenarios but a campaign
you have to start up a campaign and you find it

Yep that was it. It was a campaign so it's all good to go. Thanks for your help
