Missing scenarios in folder

I did a fresh install and patch on the game today, and found that the file tree in documents/mygames is there, but the scenario folders themselves are empty, no scenario files. Would I need to reinstall the game again?

OK the scenarios appeared now, which is funny since I opened the folders using Windows as well as the game GUI. Never mind.
