Two Chief of Staff needed in WitE ( Newbies welcome)

(experience not needed, newbies welcome)
We are currently looking for two Chief of Staff for our Massive Multiplayer Wargame in War in the East

Your role will be to lead your Armies to victory. You will be in command of three human players ( each playing their own front ( North, Center, South) and will do your best to lead them to victory. This includes telling them objectives to achieve, having the final word on any problem whatsoever, deciding AP allocation, etc etc.
