Looks like turn still with Russia? Last I heard he had trouble getting game to save? Sent 21 Nov and reposted 26th. Maybe his ally French/UK could do his turn?
Enlisted during Nixon, retired during Clinton then went postal - joined the USPS, then retired from that during Obama.

I have new version of game D I think that is the problem cant save either this or the other game I am playing.
