Bought game on Steam, how to Register it here too?

It seems I cannot find a serial number anywhere on Steam or in the Files of the game...

I'm sorry but you can't as Steam doesn't allow 3rd party keys.
The only way to register and have both versions, is to purchase from Slitherine/Matrix store and then redeem a Steam key.

You should have no problems in multiplayer.
