Submarine run away at the same time,Submarine is no damage.(9 -> 10)

Maybe he missed. It happens. Are you able to reproduce same scenario. I've seen some expected results differ greater/less from actual.

I to have seen this many times in WAW 1939.

Except its any Ship or Plane attacking any submarine(of any tech level).

The submarine is hit, its strength is lowered by 1, retreats, and the sub strength restored as though no battle took place.

I have only noticed this when 1 damage is applied, have not seen it with more damage.

Will have to watch the battles more closely.

Ah, could it be just the UI posting wrong or is the actual units strength really not being reduced. Potential issue. Good find. I may have seen this, never bothered to check the end result. Because it's the AI unit. Guess need Hot Seat test with no FOW
