Win7 System32 Issue

Reaching out to Zakblood or anyone who knows.

I'm having the "glitch" window popping up intermittently when my machine is running.

Its a blank window with the header C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe. I'm unable to type directly in the window
itself and it doesn't stay for long. Maybe 2 to 4 seconds hen disappears. After that it comes back on occasion
throughout the day when my rig is running and rapidly disappears again. Doesn't matter what I'm running or if
I'm on the internet or in my e-mail.

I'm running Win7 64 bit Toshiba Satellite L775 laptop rig.

Was wondering if I go back and save an earlier version of System32 and over write if that will squelch this
annoyance?
