[RESOLVED] Cannot find update 1.12

I cannot update from 1.11 to 1.13 until I have 1.12. But I cannot find the update for v. 1.12. When I try the auto update is says it is updating 1.12 but stops before it is done and gives me an error.

What I would do is go to the Matrix games web site log in, and under support, go to My Games (on the right hand column). Assuming you've registered your purchases there, you should see an entry for C:MANO. Click on that and there are 2 installers. Bottom one is the full 1.14 installer. Top one is the latest update.

You'd have to relicense any downloadable content you've purchased. You can do that one by one on the first page of the installer when you run it. All the serial numbers are listed for you in My Games if you don't have them recorded somewhere.

Like ultradave said, uninstall the game, install the new remaster file (1.14) and then the last update (1.15.2).
You can download both of them from your Member's account.

I just purchased Inferno 15.2 and this worked. I added to ver 1.11 of the original program.

I am missing something by not loading patch 1.12, 1.13 and 1.14 before 1.52.

Yes, I think. I bypassed updating to 1.12, I went from ver. 1.11 to 15.2 by purchasing from Northern Inferno and it seems to be working OK
