Free Units and ... the Royal Navy

Post by rob89 »

When France surrenders, its fleet passes under British insignia ('Free-units'), but when the UK surrenders (with the Dominions - CAN, AUS, NZL - continuing to fight), the glorious Royal Navy simply 'disappears' and does not move to free areas ... ooops ...

The Germans, to accept the surrender, must have agreed to the RN's scuttling at Scapa Flow (1918 docet!)

True, though if the UK has fallen AND the next location that the UK has transferred to in order to continue the fight, we have considered that to be enough of a mission for the Axis.
