Opponent Wanted - Open

I'm looking for a multi-player experienced/advanced GHC player in search of lebensraum. Want someone who will punish my mistakes. I usually play Germans, but I'm enjoying the challenge of the Soviets lately and as I play quickly and flip a lot of turns, it probably makes more sense for me to play the side that takes longer to play. Pace of play is important to me. While I understand that life gets in the way and there will be breaks over such a long game, I'd prefer a turn every few days as a minimum. Don't be surprised if you send me your turn and it's back to you in a few hours. One of the benefits I guess of self-employment.

We can discuss rules, but generally I'll go with whatever is standard under the current patch. I'm open to not using FOG movement as with experienced players, it doesn't really change the results, just the amount of recon you do and added hours spent counting MPs. Either is fine though.

PS - I noticed no one seems to play server games anymore? Is there a reason for that....? Just wondering. PBEM or Server is fine with me.

I am looking for an opponent, I didn't think I could fit your bill, but if no one manifests, I would like to try if you're interested. I am not experienced as such, but I have been playing a lot the AI for the past 2 months and a half always trying to understand new aspects through research and many AAR readings on situations I encounter, so I have a really good understanding of all basics and most advanced features of the game from the Axis point of view and I have a student attitude and approach, so expect continuous improvement.

Maybe not the king pin of the lot, but certainly not lame and would be a challenge for sure. Also I'm not a quiter and I would like to play a game through whatever the situation. Let me know if you're interested.

Seeing how in my current game the turn is taking 5+ days to get back to me I may take you up on this. But I don't flip turns quickly as you may want so find that special someone to set the pace of game with. If that does not work out for you you can post here or send me a PM/email for a game. I am more than happy to play the Germans.

I will ask for "Sudden Death" victory condition if this does come to fruition.
