The "Detailed Losses Report" oddities ...

Post by rob89 »

France surrendered. The "Detailed Losses Report" gives me a total of "x" unit lost by French at the end of turn.

The next turn France no longer exists (now there is Vichy and the other entities) but the report of the units lost by France gives me "x + n"; the next round they increase again ...

If there are still active French minors on the map, such as French Indochina, French Somililand etc., then if there are losses there, those would show up under 'French' losses in the charts. Is this possibly the case?

It's possible, but after the France surrender no axis power attack ex-French positions in the "colonies"

It happened (in a previous game) even with Poland, but it seems random ... [&:]
