Looking for relativly new opponent

I'm new to this and I've never done PBEM before, but I have played the game alot, even thought I don't know all the intracacies. I can play about a turn a day most days, and I'm looking to do 7 day turns. I really need help getting this all set up. My email is monkychunks@aol.com, please do not abuse it.
